You’ll find a tender tartare of wild salmon and avocado, spicy gazpacho with stracciatella that melts in your mouth and snapper ceviche in a fragrant marinade with citrus sauce. And for dessert: a light berry jelly made of red and black currant, blackberry, raspberry, strawberry, cherry and blueberry with New Zealand Pinot noir, honey and fresh mint.
